Service was good. I was dissapointed that the 25 offer for reduced MOT was not honored. This apparently had to be produced before the car was taken in and not after. I wonder why this could be...........

This is an excellent dealership in all respects. There is a wide choice on new and used Mazda and Mitsubishi vehicles to see. After sales service is first class and very dependable. The staff in both sales and service are extremely efficient and friendly. There are no hidden extras.I have to complete an eighty mile round trip over the Humber Bridge to get there and it's worth every mile to get the service I receive.An example: Another visitor to the site reversed into our car. Nothing to do with Nuns, but they pulled out all the stops to get it fixed and lent us a vehicle to use (at no cost) while repairs were made. Why would I take my Mazda anywhere else? They really care about their customers.
